Aim of course:To demonstrate best practice customer journey with a focus on providing correct and relevant supporting documentation for applications made under any of the following routes:
  1. In-Country Further Leave to Remain (Marriage)
  2. Entry Clearance (Settlement)
  3. Indefinite Leave to Remain (Settlement)
The course will also seek to provide information relating to FAQ commonly received by customers and representatives during the casework process. 
  • Customer Journey for FLR(M), SET(M) and EC Settlement 
  • Focus on supporting documentation and common errors
  • Supplementary information on service standards, contact information for enquiries and priority/super priority visas

Tutor biographies:Philip Wall is an Entry Clearance Manager and business lead for Training within the Marriage and Family Casework department of UKVI. 

Emily Weston is a highly experienced Team Leader for SET(M) Casework. 
Additional information:M&F will respond to questions submitted in advance of the course, and tailor the presentation to ensure all queries are addressed as part of the package. Live questions will be taken from the floor on process and operational matters. No questions will be answered relating to case specific and/or policy issues.
