ILPA Trustee and liaison for the ILPA Scotland Working Group

Grace has been a practising Immigration Solicitor for over 25 years and has been a Trustee since 2014. She is the Trustee liaison for the Scottish Working Group and also regularly provides training for ILPA.

Grace established McGill & Co. Solicitors in April 2008 where she was the senior partner until September 2021 when she and her firm joined Burness Paull LLP. As a partner, she manages clients from all sectors worldwide, from large corporate entities to individuals and families.

An Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law by the Law Society of Scotland, Grace is Chair of Migration Policy Scotland and also works closely with various Scottish Stakeholders in the field. She holds a Master’s degree in International Human Rights Law and has been commended for her work by the Legal 500 for over ten years.
