An experienced practitioner in immigration, nationality and refugee law who has specialised in this area since 1995, Grace established McGill & Co. Solicitors in April 2008 in Scotland.  She is an Accredited Specialist in Immigration law by the Law Society of Scotland and appointed to the Migration Policy Scotland Advisory Board. She manages clients from all sectors worldwide from large corporate entities to individuals and families. She is an affiliated member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Grace has been a serving Trustee of ILPA since 2014 and has been engaged as a training provider for ILPA for the last 4 years. She serves on the Professional Conduct Committee of the Law Society of Scotland and is a serving member of Council of the Society of Writers to Her Majesty’s Signet (WS). She is the present author of the 2nd Reissue of the Immigration Law Chapter of the Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia. She holds a Master’s degree in International Human Rights law. She has been commended for her work by the Legal 500 since 2013 and the last 6 years being recognised as the leading Individual in Scotland .
