Ashley a senior associate solicitor at Harper Macleod LLP and has over 15 years’ experience working in the field of immigration. Her caseload covers all aspects of immigration, asylum and nationality law. 

Ashley is a regular trainer for ILPA and has delivered courses on the EU Settlement Scheme, introductory courses on both immigration and asylum law to MPs’ Caseworkers and Assistants and the Introduction to Immigration Law course for practitioners.

ILPA is commissioned by Parliament UK to deliver training to MP researchers and caseworkers throughout the UK on Introduction to Immigration Law and Introduction to Asylum and International Protection.

The first step to accreditation for those new to the field. The course price includes lunch and a comprehensive pack for self-study.

New for 2016, we have extended our introductory course to a full day to give you a full overview of immigration law and practice. Working in small groups, you will discuss realistic case studies and understand how to apply your knowledge of the rules and policies when you are advising clients.
