Jo Wilding

Jo Wilding is a barrister at Garden Court Chambers and an academic researcher specialising in understanding demand and provision in immigration and asylum legal aid. She has written a book and several reports on access to immigration legal advice, following on from a PhD which explored the legal aid market in England and Wales. She is currently undertaking research for the Welsh Government on the availability and adequacy of asylum legal advice in Wales, and a UK-wide immigration advice mapping project commissioned by Refugee Action.
