Tutor biographies:
Chetal Patel is a Partner at Bates Wells and specialises in Business Immigration with a particular focus on advising clients on Tier 2 of the Points Based System. She regularly provides training sessions on Tier 2 related matters, including pre-employment right to work check workshops, advises on illegal working, writes articles for publication and provides commentary for journalists. Chetal is recognised in Who’s Who Legal: Corporate Immigration, Chambers and Partners HNW and Legal 500.

Francesca Sciberras is a Senior Solicitor at Laura Devine Immigration in London and has specialised exclusively in UK immigration law since 2010. She has extensive experience working on Tier 2 matters and regularly advises employers on complex Tier 2 issues, delivering strategic solutions to multinational businesses for global transfers to the UK. She also provides audit services to assist sponsors in understanding their duties to maintain compliance.

Sam Ingham is a Solicitor at Laura Devine Immigration and has specialised exclusively in UK immigration law since 2012. Prior to joining Laura Devine Immigration he was an OISC adviser. He has extensive experience in Tier 2 issues both for individuals and corporate clients.
