WEB 1148 An Introduction to Business Immigration (WEBINAR)
This course is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to business immigration, covering visitors, sponsored workers, and alternatives to sponsorship. In addition to well-established options for Skilled Workers, we will consider current and changing offerings for entrepreneurs and innovators, representatives of overseas businesses, and how the end of free movement will impact the UK’s approach to temporary work. For those new to business migration, or wanting to refresh their existing knowledge, this will be a fun and informative session aimed at beginner to intermediate level.
A reminder that pupil barristers and trainee solicitors who are ILPA members and Category A members (Law Centres, Local Citizens’ Advice Bureaux and not-for-profits) are entitled to the concessionary training price (50% off the members' training price).
