We're kicking off Mental Health Awareness Week 2022 by asking 'what does a healthy work culture look like'?
Over the past few years, we’ve seen efforts to centre mental health and well-being in the immigration law sector, but burnout and even brain drain, when talented individuals depart seeking a better work-life balance, remain a common occurrence. How do we create healthy work cultures in a sector riddled with pressure, targets, uncertainty and often vulnerable clients? Are they even compatible?
We're going to be talking to some of our members about what they think a healthy work culture looks like, and will explore some practical ways to turn your workplace into the supportive and nurturing environment you need it to be. We'll discuss virtue signalling, boundaries, flexible working, professional development, inclusivity and much more.
