Supporting businesses to remain compliant with their prevention of illegal working obligations is a key component of a business immigration lawyer’s day to day work and it is important that you are familiar with the requirements and the consequences of failing to carry out right to work checks correctly. \nWith this in mind\, this session will take you through what employers need to know to ensure they remain compliant with their prevention of illegal working obligations. It will cover why right to work checks are important\, the process for carrying out right to work checks and the consequences for employers if they fail to do so.
