SUMMARY:Innovator Founder Visa- Update and Q&A
DESCRIPTION:ILPA members have been kindly offered up to 30 spaces at this event run by Innovator International: \nInnovator Founder Visa- Update and Q&A  \nThis lunchtime session provides an update on the innovator Founder visa route\, presented by the endorsing body Innovator International. The session will include an overview of the current situation\, including an update on the procedures for transitioning from a legacy endorsing body to one of the three Innovator Founder endorsing bodies. \nThis is becoming increasingly important as a small number of legacy bodies discontinue their role as an endorsing body\, leaving Visa holders previously endorsed by these bodies in a precarious position. \nYou also have a chance to network with the Innovator International team who can answer questions relating to the assessment criteria for the Visa route\, along with the wider services offered to international entrepreneurs and businesspeople seeking to expand their UK interests. \nA light lunch will be availble for all guests. \nThe event will hosted at Oasis London \n📍 60 Strand\, London WC2N 5LR\n(Buzzer: Oasis London\, 2nd Floor on the Left) \nTo book and to find out more information\, please follow this link.

You will develop more detailed understanding of migrant domestic workers’ experiences of trafficking\, and of claiming asylum\, and of the role of expert witnesses. You will learn from new evidence about the risks of re-trafficking faced by survivors who return to the Philippines as their country of origin. \nThe webinar is hosted by the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) and King’s College London\, in partnership with the Voice of Domestic Workers\, Kalayaan and After Exploitation. \nFind out more about the Survivor Futures project here: https://www.kcl.ac.uk/research/survivor-futures \nThis event is open to all\, you do not need to enter a membership ID to sign up.
