We work closely with Multilaw, our global network of experts, to give clients access to the best advice in over 60 countries where they are setting up or expanding their businesses and recruiting or relocating their staff.

Through our audit, compliance and due diligence services we assist and train businesses and institutions to manage their immigration needs effectively and to comply with Home Office requirements.

We are looking to recruit a full time associate (2-5 PQE) with experience in a top tier business immigration practice to join our immigration team in London which is ranked by both Chambers UK and The Legal 500. Candidates will ideally have experience of dealing with multi-national companies and all aspects of sponsored work, as well as liaising with high net worth individuals. Knowledge of the education sector is also beneficial. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising paralegals as well as handling their own workload. Excellent academic qualifications, a professional manner and a commitment to high quality service delivery are required.

Main purposes:

  • To undertake fee-earning work and provide a profitable contribution to the work of the division.
  • To contribute to the successful development of the firm in line with the business plan and firm’s commonality of purpose.
  • To deliver a high quality commercial legal service ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics.
  • To be an ambassador for the firm at all times and always promote it in a positive light.
