We have been raising issues with the Home Office and Sopra Steria when they have been arising, including around delays, whether priority services have resumed, and switching. We have compiled a detailed list of outstanding COVID queries to replace our recommendations document issued on 12 May 2020. This is currently being reviewed by the Law Society and we aim to publish it shortly.
