Both members of the legal team attended the FtTIAC Stakeholder meeting, along with the Law Society and the Bar Council.
The resident judges provided an update on remote hearings, the outstanding caseload, and reform work. ILPA and the Law Society raised issues around safety in the Tribunals, communications between the parties (and that CMRHs would assist in this respect), and delays.
