I have updated the list of recent judgments and pending preliminary references to reflect one asylum case that we overlooked and several very relevant migration cases. This document focuses upon only asylum-related case law, but these migration cases were seen as being particularly relevant. The updated document is attached. Please note that the wording has been lifted directly from the Court’s judgments and preliminary references. As such, all of this information is publicly available on the Court’s website by looking up the individual cases, so feel free to circulate it as you wish.
