We are currently living through unpredictable and unprecedented times, which means it is ever more important to look after our mental health.

At a time where we are transitioning to increasingly remote working its ever more important to stay connected and to ensure our peers are have the tools and resources at their fingertips should they need them.
UCL has launched a study into the psychological and social effects of COVID-19 in the UK. Researchers are aiming to recruit a large sample of adults living in the UK to help understand the effects of coronavirus and social distancing measures on individuals. To take part please click here.
