The Strategic Legal Fund supports grantees to achieve successful strategic litigation and interventions with the aim to improve the implementation and enforcement of policies for people discriminated against because of, or disadvantaged by, their migration status.

Here for Good have been awarded SLF funding for pre-litigation research into bringing a challenge against the pending prosecutions guidance found in the EU Settlement Scheme: Suitability Requirements guidance document updated on 6 April 2021 .
Here for Good helps European citizens and their families secure their immigration status in the UK, especially those with vulnerabilities and/or complex cases. Here for Good run an advisory service, deliver training and strategically target the Home Office’s unlawful policy and schemes, hoping to positively impact and empower the communities they support.
