Template letter to MPs re Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill, 10 February 2012
This template is designed to help you write to your MP drawing attention to why immigration is a special case – the regulation of advisors and immigration’s having been held not to fall within the scope of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights mean that those refused legal aid for immigration will have nowhere else to go.
