Dear Sonia

Please accept my sincerest apologies for not sending through the letter as normal. This was an unintentional administrative oversight.

Please find attached letters detailing arrangements for the upcoming Home Office charter flights to:

  1. Pakistan on 15 December 2020
  2. Poland on 17 December 2020 (please note that the court was informed on 11 December that due a change to operational arrangements this charter flight will now only be returning individuals to Poland and not to France, Germany or the Netherlands) .

Please note that all individuals and their legal representatives being returned have been given the required notice as per the letters attached.

Please find attached a letter provided today to the Court of Appeal, the High Court and the Upper Tribunal (IAC), regarding the Home Office’s upcoming charter flight to Pakistan on 15 December 2020 & to Pakistan on 17 December 2020.

In light of the ongoing situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19), the letters includes information on the arrangements put in place to mitigate the risk of transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19) for returnees at all stages of the process. This covers their movement from Immigration Removals Centres and prisons to the port of departure, during boarding and in flight, and finally on arrival in the country of return.

Also attached is the order of Walker J and the consent order dated 25 June 2019, which are referred to in the letter.

I can confirm that the next planned charters following the above is to Albania on 22 December as notified yesterday.

Regards

Danny Hesami
