Ciera is a solicitor at Wesley Gryk Solicitors LLP who joined the firm in June 2019. Her practice covers a wide range of immigration, asylum and nationality law matters and she is experienced in applications following international surrogacy agreements.

Naomi heads Osbornes Law adoption surrogacy and fertility law unit. She specialises in interantional and domestic adoption and surrogacy, and cross border children’s cases.

Naomi’s family policy work promotes changes in family law and practice based on her casework and she has given evidence to parliamentary committees and been a member of many influential national committees. Naomi is recognised as a leader in her field. In 2015 she received Jordan’s, Cornwell Award for Outstanding Contribution to Family Law and in 2020 the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Law Society of England and Wales.

Kathryn has an extensive and varied immigration, asylum and family law practice. She is known for her representation of vulnerable clients, in particular asylum and human rights cases involving women and children – including child subjects in care and family proceedings . Kathryn was ranked for immigration (Band 1) and family law in Chambers UK 2023’ and is the principle author in Bloomsbury’s soon to be published text, Child Migration: Family and Immigration Laws
