
WEB 3087 Naturalisation as a British Citizen
Level: Beginner- Intermediate
Description:
This course will enable practitioners to advise and assist foreign nationals on all aspects of securing naturalisation as a British citizen for adults under sections 6(1) and 6(2) of the British Nationality Act 1981. We will discuss the requirements for naturalisation as well as discretionary applications, providing practical examples of where the Home Office has exercised discretion.
Audience: This course is designed for practitioners who work in the field of immigration and nationality law.
