Further to our letter of 4 March 2022, ILPA has written to the Home Secretary, Priti Patel MP and the Minister for Safe and Legal Migration, Kevin Foster MP, regarding flexibility in enrolment of biometrics following R (SGW) v SSHD and the Home Office’s position on biometric requirements relating to nationals and residents of Ukraine.
