Please see a message below from OSCU at the Home Office.
Dear ILPA
Please see the attached letters provided today to the Court of Appeal, the High Court and the Upper Tribunal (IAC), regarding the Home Office’s upcoming charter flights to:
- Albania on 2 February 2021
- Romania on 4 February 2021
In light of the ongoing situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19), the letter includes information on the arrangements put in place to mitigate the risk of transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19) for returnees at all stages of the process. This covers their movement from immigration removal centres and prisons to the port of departure, during boarding and in flight, and finally on arrival in the country of return.
Also attached are the order of Walker J and the consent order dated 25 June 2019, which are referred to in the letter.
Kind regards
