Nicole Francis our Chief Executive is leaving after 8 years leading ILPA. Nicole has overseen a period of significant change for ILPA helping us to further develop and professionalise our services for our members. During her time ILPA set up new working groups focused on well-being and racial justice and we became the host organisation for the Strategic Legal Fund.
ILPA’s trustees are very grateful to Nicole for her enthusiasm and commitment to ILPA and they wish her every success in her new role as Chief Executive of Elfrida Rathbone Camden.
Nicole’s last day at ILPA will be the 29th June 2022 and ILPA will provide further details about Nicole’s farewell drinks soon and we hope that members will be able to join us in person to wish her well for the future.
ILPA will be recruiting for Nicole’s replacement in the coming weeks and further information will be circulated in due course.
