ILPA proposals for Commons' Consideration of Lords' Amendments 15 April 2016

This briefing is ILPA’s introduction to what is to be debated in Ping Pong, and our proposals for amendments to the Lords’ amendments.

There are 254 Lords’ amendments. All but five are government amendments. Those five, dealt with at the beginning of the attached briefing, are
