ILPA and the3million have sent a joint letter, signed by 55 other organisations, to the Secretary of State for the Home Department and the Minister for Immigration regarding the implementation of the Home Office’s recent change in Immigration Rules and policy on the consideration of late applications to the EUSS, which came into effect on 9 August 2023.
