the3million, British in Europe, ILPA, Seraphus, Bindmans LLP, Legal Rights Partnership and Lewis Silkin LLP sent the below joint letter to Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood MP and Minister for Migration and Citizenship Mike Tapp MP on 15 October 2025 requesting that Appendix EU be changed to allow late applications under the Surinder Singh route for non-EU family members of British citizens.
