Please see below a joint open letter to the Home Secretary from concerned organisations and individuals supporting and representing individuals seeking asylum in the United Kingdom and their interests, which details concerns and recommendations regarding the ‘Asylum Questionnaire’. A copy of the letter has also been shared with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) and the Legal Aid Agency.
The letter is further endorsed by GYROS and 36 Public and Human Rights, The 36 Group.
