Shyam specialises in private and business immigration. His areas of expertise include advising on immigration options for both corporate and private clients in relation to the Points Based System, family-related immigration routes, long residence, applications for settlement, citizenship and questions of European Law. He has also frequently advised students about their immigration options at the end of their studies.

Shyam has hosted immigration seminars at universities, and was involved in setting up, and subsequently leading, the Legal Clinic (immigration) at Kings College London, at which he assisted students, members of the public and professionals with their immigration queries.

Miglena is a Senior Solicitor, PSL Team Manager, and head of UK technical knowledge at Laura Devine Immigration. Miglena is responsible for developing the team’s technical knowledge and creating systems to streamline the lawyers’ day-to-day delivery of advice to clients. Miglena is also responsible for client communications as well as organising events and delivering training sessions.
