Supply Yoga is a social enterprise providing inclusive and affordable classes to the community. They run free community programmes with the Hackney Migrant Centre, Helen Bamber Foundation, East London Cares and the Clifden Centre at NHS Homerton Hospital, just to name a few.

Supply Yoga share wellness practices & use meditative modalities to quieten the noise of life – of course, their medium is yoga, the breath & often stillness, but their true currency is the social experience of togetherness. 20 Minute Yoga Sequence for Lawyers, Professionals and Desk Workers with Katy Insley

Katy Insley is a full-time yoga teacher who teaches for a number of well known yoga studios In the Birmingham area, as well as for business and organisations including Legal & General, Hays, The AA, Arden University and Birmingham City Council. This short 20 minute sequence is ideal for those who spend a large part of the day sat down, as it will help to open up the hips, lengthen the hamstrings, and stretch out all the muscles which typically become tight and tense through periods of prolonged sitting.

This Girl Can, funded by The National Lottery, believes that there’s no “right” way to get active. However you jiggle, kick, lift, stretch, or sprint, it’s time to get moving how you damn please.

Parkrun organise free, weekly, 5km timed runs around the world. They are open to everyone, free, and are safe and easy to take part in.

Cycling UK

Cycling UK has hundreds of Member Groups across the UK offering thousands of rides and events for all abilities. Every Cycling UK member can ride with any Member Group and non-members are always welcome to try out riding with a Cycling UK group.
