Supply Yoga is a social enterprise providing inclusive and affordable classes to the community. They run free community programmes with the Hackney Migrant Centre, Helen Bamber Foundation, East London Cares and the Clifden Centre at NHS Homerton Hospital, just to name a few.

Supply Yoga share wellness practices & use meditative modalities to quieten the noise of life – of course, their medium is yoga, the breath & often stillness, but their true currency is the social experience of togetherness. Katy Insley is a full-time yoga teacher who teaches for a number of well known yoga studios In the Birmingham area, as well as for business and organisations including Legal & General, Hays, The AA, Arden University and Birmingham City Council.
