- CIAC is regulated by the Charity Commission. CIAC charges a very low fee for immigration advice for people with the right to work and/or recourse to public funds. The fees then support our pro bono (free) advice to people without the right to work or recourse to public funds providing the opportunity to resolve an insecure immigration status.
