On 17 February 2026, the3million, ILPA and British in Europe sent a joint letter to Minister for Migration and Citizenship Mike Tapp MP asking for the Home Office to consider delaying the 25 February 2026 ETA enforcement date and introducing transitional measures for British dual nationals.
