UK Border Agency Tier 4 List of financial institutions that do not satisfactorily verify financial statements, 24 October 2011
The UK Border Agency has published lists ot will use to verify maintenance funds under Tier 4 of the Points-Based System for the following countries:
- India
- Pakistan
- Philippines
Applicants will receive no points for maintenance if they submit documents showing that the funds are held in a financial institution on the list of those that are not satisfactory’.
There will be a 30-day notice period from the date listed before the new rule takes effect.
